A year ago today, we were on our first cross country road trip, when our car decided to break down on us. After a long hard day of no one being able to fix it and not knowing where we were or what was going to happen, we found Mike and his team. Not only did they offer us coffee to help us relax, but they offered an affordable fix to allow us to continue with the rest of trip stress free. They even offered to find us a hotel to stay the night so we could get some well needed rest! They were so calm and efficient and an honest reminder that good people do exist. Without them, we had no clue how we were going to make it home, and we thank you! (Ps: that quick fix has held up perfectly for an entire year, even in Wisconsin’s harsh winters!)
